We have a fearless leader at Fitness Experts in the shape of Michael R. Koprich! He has been a personal trainer for over 20 years. He has had enormous success training everyone from professional athletes to couch potatoes.
Michael has dedicated half his life to helping people achieve their fitness goals. He aids each of his clients, not only with his professional expertise, but also with his sincere and caring nature.
At 44, Michael has had many struggles with his own personal fitness; he gained weight after a knee injury, causing him to be stuck behind a desk gaining weight. He worked hard to lose 87 lbs, and he was able to recover from his knee injury and has managed to stay sharp enough to be still playing contact sports today. How? By looking after his own fitness.
His years of experience and personal journey with his own fitness, led Michael to realize that some of the simplest and essential ingredients were missing from many existing fitness programs at training centers.
Michael wanted to raise the standard of personal training and fitness programs, so he set out to open Fitness Experts. Fitness Experts is a team of professional fitness experts, who practice a personal training regime that promises results regardless of your fitness level.
Are you a beginner interested in toning up, or do you simply need some direction and structure to your fitness regime? Michael and his team will work with you to develop the perfect program, keeping you accountable every step of the way.
Michael has a Business Administration (Accounting) bachelor’s degree with honors and a certificate in Creativity and Creative Problem Solving. He also has over 40 fitness certifications. Including courses in high-intensity strength training, Olympic lifting, fat and metabolism-boosting weight loss strategizing, plyometric training, run coaching, and spinning.
Michael is a well-rounded business owner with an accounting diploma and keen business skills in addition to his impressive fitness skills.
