TRAINING


Our Bravo Fitness program’s aim is to get athletes to higher levels of fitness by introducing load training to their functional and resistance training. At this phase, the athlete will also be introduced to anaerobic-endurance training.

We create Periodization Programming geared towards your sport.
The focus is on the development of anaerobic endurance with aerobic respiratory training, geared towards your specific needs.
Our specialized fitness programs are geared to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.

ASSESS YOUR
FITNESS LEVEL


At the Bravo Fitness tier, you will perform submaximal testing. The test helps us to develop your program and evaluate when you’re ready to be moved up into our Alpha fitness program. This phase will prepare you for high intensity and high impact exercises, which are performed in the next stage.

Record your results to keep you accountable and on track. Use these results to re-evaluate and improve your fitness plan over time.
Progress through our 4 fitness levels, increasing the challenges, your abilities, and making noticeable improvements at every new stage of your fitness program.

The athletes who use our Alpha Fitness Program have gone on to see great success in many professional sports. We’re very proud of the athletes we have trained, and we continuously strive to push more of our trainees to achieve their ultimate potential.

Football conditioning programs should be year round. We develop well-balanced training programs that focus on all the needs of a football player.

The program should focus on off-season 6 months, in-season 5 months and transitional phase for 1 month. The off-season should focus on developing maximum strength and power. The in-season should be focused on maintaining the strength that was developed from the off-season conditioning.
