At the Charlie Fitness level, our focus is on improving overall health. The program will be designed to assist the individual clients’ changing fitness needs, from the ‘needs improvement’ category on their fitness tests to the ‘excellent’ phase.
The program is designed to develop functional movement patterns before incorporating the use of external loads.
Functional strength training using your bodyweight – let gravity become your best friend with our T.R.X. exercises.
Cardio fitness programming focuses on aerobic efficiency training and introduces you to interval training.
Dynamic warm-ups are used to improve athleticism.

At the Charlie Fitness tier, you’re now on a serious pathway to fitness. On this journey, you must be able to commit to improving your performance, pushing yourself through the fitness levels, and accelerating your growth.
Record your results daily to keep yourself accountable and on track to meeting your unique goals. Use your results to re-evaluate and improve your fitness plan over time with your personal trainer.

Exercise Plan
Bravo is the next level in your training experience with Fitness Experts. Our Bravo fitness program starts introducing our clients to external loading, using movements like the bench press, deadlift, squat, and cleans. View a sample exercise plan

PROGRESS TO YOUR
ULTIMATE POTENTIAL
Athletes in the Alpha Fitness Program have gone on to see success in many professional sports. We’re very proud of the athletes we have trained and are always striving to push more of our trainees to achieve their ultimate potential.
The program should focus on off-season 6 months, in-season 5 months and transitional phase for 1 month. The off-season should focus on developing maximum strength and power. The in-season should be focused on maintaining the strength that was developed from the off-season conditioning.
